Your Wellbeing and Mental Health

During these difficult times where your focus is directed primarily to the health of your business, it is often easy to neglect your own physical and mental health. Navigating the challenges ahead, let alone ensuring you’re kept safe against COVID-19 infection can be taxing on all fronts, and you may require additional support to help you manage some of the challenges and impacts you are experiencing.

It’s important you take some time to attend to your own wellbeing and mental health and reach out to organisations that can offer additional support if you need to.

During this time it is important to ensure you’re taking all preventative measures to minimise your risk of contracting COVID-19. The World Health Organisation outlines some key points here but your best course of action is to practice good common sense and strong personal hygiene.

If you are demonstrating symptoms of coronavirus, be sure to seek guidance from your medical professional and receive treatment relevant to the severity of your symptoms.
